Successful Endodontic Retreatment with Denco D-FILES and PA FILES

 Introduction

After proper canal preparation, calcium hydroxide (CaOH2) was placed as an intracanal medicament for ten days (Image 2) to disinfect and prepare the canal for final obturation.
